I have been fortunate to provide IIC services to youth and families of Monmouth County since 2009. Prior to this role, I worked in residential programs, IOP, PHP as well as foster and adoption beginning in 2004 throughout Union, Middlesex and Essex Counties. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, humanistic, experiential and other positive interventions. Over the past 15 plus years, I've been able to help many youths and families find positive direction and growth towards their visions. Families, care managers, mobile workers and colleagues have reported that they value my ability to connect with youth and adults of various backgrounds while enabling change. I appreciate the opportunity to support clients as they discover ways to overcome barriers, rely on their strengths and unlock their self-worth. 

​I also offer outpatient counseling at our private practice offices in Neptune City, in nature, as well as virtually. Outpatient specializations include emotional regulation, adjustments, executive functioning, autism, ADHD, anxiety management, integrative nutrition for mental health, relationship issues, technology usage challenges, career related goal, and performance issues. Chris Sales LPC

I'm a positive and change-focused Licensed Professional Counselor. I've been licensed since 2005 and in the field since 1989. I excel at connecting with people struggling with behaviors, emotions, thoughts, and with their own families. I am particularly skilled at reaching adolescents and supporting them through difficult times. Focused on growth and development, my interventions motivate individuals, families and groups to break out of maladaptive patterns and realize their full potential.

Holly Corbella LCSW

Helen ‘Holly’ Corbella is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She received her Masters in Social Work from Monmouth University in 2013. 

Holly has over 12 years of professional experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She has worked in nursing homes, as well as inpatient drug rehabilitation centers. Holly has experience working one on one, as well as group work. She has been focusing her time with in-home therapy since 2015. Holly has experience in an array of diagnoses, but not limited to ASD, depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral disorders, relationship-based issues, ADHD, grieving and loss.

Margaret Pappadimatos LSW

I have experience working with children and adolescents with low self-esteem, depression, ADHD, trauma, anxiety or other stress-related disorders. William Connors LCSW

William Connors is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). He received his Bachelors degree in Psychology from Rowan University in 2021. He then pursued his Masters degree in social work at Monmouth University, graduating in 2023 with his license in social work. 

 William has experience working with children, adolescents and adults. He has experience working in both groups and individual settings including in-patient centers, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, and in-home therapy.  His specialties and experience include but is not limited to trauma, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, personality disorders and relationship-based issues. William believes in taking a collaborative approach with clients and the clinical team, while working towards goals. William uses a variety of approaches in his sessions including a strengths-based approach, attachment-focused, psychodynamic, and solution focused.
