Back on Track, LLC work in person and telehealth cases in and around Monmouth County. We are a small group of experienced therapists who are committed to supporting the growth of our clients by establishing strong rapport, utilizing accurate assessment techniques and the most empirically valid treatment approaches for each unique individual. Keeping our team small allows us to collaborate consistently on challenging clinical situations and support one another while helping clients work toward their goals. We collaborate with referral sources including the Care Management Organization and Mobile Response.
